Description
A night for intrigue and magical goings on. Another night city pic, inspired largely by Deco concepts, Windsor McKay, and King's Dream of New York.
I did the pen drawing at home while watching Bela Lugosi in The Return of Chandu and did the Photoshop part at work in between finishing Charteris's disappointing "The Last Hero" and reading Rohmer's wonderful "The Hand of Fu Manchu".
