Paxdia of Mars

Paxdia of Mars, son of the human Ulysses Paxton, and his male lover, Toma of Jahar, primed to do awesome Barsoomian stuff. Yep, this is some fan art. I've been a fan of Edgar Rice Burroughs Mars books since I first read "A Princess of Mars" 14 years ago (long before Disney made an awful movie out of it). The backstory here is a reference to the 6th book, "Mastermind of Mars" (for my money, one of the better entries). I decided there wasn't enough male-oriented fan art for Burroughs, so here we are!

And yes, it's influenced by Burroughs cover artists like Frazetta, Whelan, and J. Allen St. John
