Description
They see him rollin' they be... shootin? 
Some folks drive a car to work, these fellas drive tanks! 
You can tell they are future-y planet-type tanks cuz they have bubble-domes and cuz elf-guys drive them 
I started this one on a whim while at work 
The setting is partly inspired by a scene from the Clint Eastwood action-gasm The Gauntlet 
While working on this I listened to tons of "Dragnet" and watched the Richard Widmark gangster Street with No Name
