I was shocked to learn today that Giger passed away just a day ago as a result of a fall. Most of you probably know that H.R. Giger is one of my favorite artists and a major influence on my work. (for those who don't know, check this out: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H.R._Gig… and then watch Alien :eager:)

I discovered Giger when I was 12 when I found his book Biomechanics in the  Ventura, CA Barnes and Noble and was blown away by his universe of weird detail. I spent years after that collecting his books and aspiring to become him.

For a long time I was a huge fanboy and wanted to meet him, now I never will Llama Emoji-08 (Crying) [V1]

His influence can be seen all over DA, for example in these

How young where you when you found giger ! That is the first of the first I noticed in your art when I met you(giger influence) whats odd is that a couple of artist passed away in this time o_0 is there some vortex calling the great artist, thinkers? Mmmmm......
